New Features and Enhancements

Company-wide thread sharing: Threads can now be shared at the company level. Once enabled, threads automatically appear in the thread section for all users within the same company domain — no manual sharing required.

GRC Agent — Source chunk visibility for non-compliant controls: The GRC Agent now surfaces the exact source and target document chunks behind every non-compliant or partially-compliant control finding. Results are stored directly in your output workbook, making it easier to:
- Trace evidence back to the original source
- Annotate and review findings in context
- Share audit-ready documentation with stakeholders
RAG Agent: Faster, More Accurate Responses: Removed the planning phase from the RAG Agent pipeline. This phase was introducing unnecessary latency and occasionally degrading response accuracy. RAG queries are now faster and more direct.
Custom Agent — Public document download control: Added a new "Allow Public Document Downloads" toggle in the Custom Agent settings. When enabled, external users accessing a public agent can download associated documents; when disabled, download options are hidden for public users. Internal and explicitly shared users are unaffected and always retain download access.

Agents now accessible to all users: Fixed an issue where users without certain permissions were being redirected back to the Home page after submitting a question, causing their message to be lost. Agents are now accessible to all users with no interruptions or redirect loops.
