Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) agent​

Introduced the GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Agent, a powerful AI collaborator designed to automate and simplify the auditing process. The GRC Agent enables organizations to evaluate their internal policies or third-party vendor documents against established industry standards and regulatory frameworks. By automatically identifying compliance gaps and providing a scored risk report, the agent reduces the manual effort required for complex security and governance assessments.

GRC use cases​

The following are some use cases of the GRC agent:

  • Access control audits: Verifying if a company follows the "Principle of Least Privilege" or if Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is strictly enforced.

  • Password policy evaluation: Checking if a company's password requirements (length, complexity, rotation) match the master standard.

  • Vendor risk management: A governing body or large corporation can use the agent to evaluate the security policies of third-party vendors before onboarding them.

  • Internal compliance health checks: Companies can run their own policies against updated international standards to find and fix "gaps" before a formal audit.

Key features​

  • Automated rule extraction: Upload a control file (a list of requirements), and the agent will automatically parse and extract individual compliance rules to be tested.

  • Dual-source comparison: The agent performs a side-by-side analysis between your Standards (the source of truth) and your Target Documents (the policies being audited).

  • AI-generated gap analysis: For every non-compliant or partially compliant rule, the agent provides a detailed description of the gap explaining exactly what is missing or insufficient in the target document.

  • Evidence-based reporting: Every result includes Key Evidences, providing direct references and excerpts from the analyzed documents to support audit findings.

  • Risk scoring dashboard: Get an immediate high-level view of your compliance health with an overall percentage score and a breakdown of Critical, High, and Low-priority risks.
