v1.0.263

Date released: April 27, 2026

New Features and Enhancements

AI

  • Smarter Conversation Navigation in the Agent Side Panel: Agent conversations are now grouped by time — Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, and Older — replacing the previous flat list. This makes it much easier to find and return to past conversations, especially as your history grows.
  • Delete Confirmation Now Requires Name Entry: Deleting a workspace or workbook now requires you to type the item name before the action is enabled, with a clear warning about permanent deletion. This extra step prevents accidental data loss and gives you a moment to confirm you're deleting the right thing.

GTM Agent Is Now Personalized Per User

Each user can now configure their own GTM agent prompt, output settings, and instruction rules independently. This means your GTM agent setup no longer affects or gets overwritten by teammates' configurations.

Stop a Python Agent Mid-Execution

You can now stop a running Python (Data Science) agent execution at any time using the new stop control. This gives you more control when a query is taking too long or you need to adjust your approach.

BI

  • Role-Based Access for External Dashboard Sharing: You can now assign Viewer or Editor permissions when sharing dashboards externally, giving editors the ability to pin and unpin pages collaboratively. This reduces dependency on the original dashboard owner and enables faster, team-driven dashboard maintenance.

Connectors and Integrations

  • Guided Setup Templates for HubSpot, Google Calendar, and Gmail: When you connect HubSpot, Google Calendar, or Gmail, you can now choose a pre-built template to automatically set up your analytics — pipelines, workbook, and dashboard — in one guided flow. A live progress tracker keeps you informed at every step, so you go from connected to insights without any manual configuration.
  • HubSpot Now Generally Available: The HubSpot connector has officially graduated from Alpha and is now fully available on the platform. You can connect HubSpot with confidence knowing it's a stable, supported integration ready for everyday use.
  • Seamless Connector Reconnection When Access Expires: If a connected data source needs to be re-authorized, DataGOL now detects this automatically and prompts you to reconnect — right where you're working. Your existing connector and its settings are preserved throughout the process, so nothing needs to be reconfigured after reconnecting.

Bug Fixes

Active Connector Now Visible on HubSpot Agent Threads

Fixed an issue where the selected data source wasn't shown on HubSpot agent threads, leaving it unclear which connector was active. The connector indicator now appears correctly so you always know what's powering your agent.

Consistent Agent Ordering Across Explore and Side Nav

Agents were appearing in a different order on the Explore page versus the side navigation — this is now fixed. Both views reflect the same ordering, so navigating between them is no longer disorienting.
